Airline Miles / Frequent Flyer Points
International travel by dedicated volunteer US healthcare, education and social services professionals is a necessary and expensive component of Firefly’s work. Please consider donating frequent flyer miles to enable these experts to provide important training in Russia. In-Kind Donations
Currently, Firefly is in need of two digital cameras with high-quality recording capability to develop an online library of training seminars. This would enable Firefly to provide virtual training for large numbers of professionals, rather than just impacting one classroom at a time.

Firefly is also soliciting donations of iPads for non-verbal children in Russia. Many iPad applications help children with autism spectrum disorder and other disabilities communicate. Firefly trains speech therapists and special educators to help families care for their children with disabilities at home. The introduction of this new technology would be invaluable for improving the quality of life of these children and their families, teachers and therapists.

While disadvantaged Russian families and their caregivers need many other kinds of supplies, equipment and materials, it is extremely difficult for Firefly to accept most in-kind donations due to the cost and logistics of overseas shipping.
