How to Match Your Gift
Contact the Human Resources Department at your company to learn if your employer offers a match. If so, request a matching gift form and mail the completed and signed form with your check made out to Firefly, Inc. Please provide your phone number or email address so you can be contacted once your paperwork has been received.
